RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sara Sparkles, each item is carefully handmade and inspected before shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Sara Sparkles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
